Characteristic:
Non-loading battery test in 10 seconds with clear go/no go result. Used for starter batteries with 12V nominal voltage, identification by way of the low-temperature test current and the test procedure.
Battery voltage, starting power and battery condition are indicated during the battery test. An additional use for alternators with 12V nominal voltage is possible. The regulator voltage and the ripple of the alternator voltage are evaluated during the alternator test. The battery tester has an easy-to-read 8-line LCD display with backlighting and documents the test results on an thermal printer than can be integrated. It is possible to choose from a variety of languages in the language selection menu. The BAT 121 is powered by the battery to be tested and is protected against polarity reversal and overvoltage. It is also protected against dripping water falling in a vertical direction (degree of protection IP 31).
