DIESEL TESTING EQUIPMENT EPS
As the biggest manufacturer of diesel injection technology, Bosch also provides the necessary workshop test technology for testing and adjusting these injection systems.

Universal test bench for pumps up to 12 cylinders BOSCH EPS 815
Increasing peak injection pressures, larger element diameters, new injection-pump types and injection systems (e.g. control-sleeve pump) resulting in heightened requirements and thus in an increase in test-bench performance.

Indipendend Bench RABOTTI TEC 100
Indipendend Bench that allows a complete and a accurate test of multibrand common rail injectors and pumps. (Bosch,Siemens, Delhi, Denso).
In the pc with the suitable software that manages completely the Bench, there is database with parameters of pumps and injectors that can also be updated by data transmission; moreover it’s possible memorizate and stamp reports. It’s also possible to carry out tests on pumps and electroinjectors setting up parameters of pumps regulation of pumps and pilotage of electroinjectors.
Following there are automatic tests that can be executed :
• for pumps: Cranking – Pressure loss – Efficiency (if pump is equipped of transfer pump, it’s possible to verify the aspiration);
• for injectors: Back flow, Pre Injection, Cranking (low rotation speed), Middle rotation speed, Maximum rotation speed;
• for pump’s DRV: Continuity (test on the electrical circuit), Functionality (test on the operation).
Main characteristics are: High pressure System to the 1800bar, assembly to 6 injectors, predisposition lubrification pump, measure of the temperature income and escape oil, four gauges for: low pressure income, low pressure escape, internal pressureand check aspiration.

Injection-nozzle testers BOSCH EPS 100
Bosch injection-nozzle testers are required when the opening pressure of injection nozzles has to be tested and adjusted, the spray jet has to be analysed in terms of its shape and atomisation and the tightness of the nozzles and chatter properties checked. The injection pumps involved here are basically designed for manual operation.
