Inground scissor lift for heavy-duty vehicles

Flexibility via scissor automotive lifts for trucks in
module construction

The modular constructed scissor lift for trucks developed by NUSSBAUM lifts loads up to 60t. The overall capacity and the rail lenght are determined by the combination of scissor modules and adaptors.

Adaptors
The rail lenght is adjustable via adaptors of different
lenght. In combination with adaptors an overall lenght
of maximum 23000 mm is possible. For optimal access
underneath the supported vehicle the adaptors can
optional be uncoupled hydraulically or mechanically
at floor level.

Flexibility via module construction
The equipment consists of scissor modules of 15 or 20t and adaptors. The lifting modules are individually
movable. Space-saving roll-off pro-tection allows the alignment of the lifting modules with a maximum distance of 200 mm. Optional mechanical vertical roll-off pro-tection that is integrated in the rails, can be used. The roll-off protection requires only 50 mm distance between the lifting modules.

Function und Safety
The precise electronical synchro-nization is warranted via proportional valve technique. The automotive lift is protected against accidental lowering using a ratchet bar with hydraulic lock and unlock.
